Groundhog prediction

Groundhog Day prediction:
Punxsutawney Phil did see his shadow - it's a sunny day all over - so we are in for 6 weeks of winter.
But wait! Once again, Staten Island Chuck - the NYC groundhog has a dissenting opinion. Of course, Chuck needs to go to an eye dictor or else to come out during day time - as there wasn't a cloud in the sky today, but you know what? he pulled the same stunt last year - and HE WAS RIGHT!
